If that’s not enough, it also practically borders Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks, making it a year round mecca for all types of outdoor recreation and sightseeing.

Challenge

Redesign the website to accommodate the diverse needs of all visitors ranging from Jackson locals to international destination skiers. In addition, iterate the paid media strategy and explore ways to enhance the user experience to drive conversions across the site.

Our Approach

In close partnership with the ZaneRay Group, we interviewed a variety of vacationers to empathize with their needs and outline the website experience for mobile, tablet and desktop.

Based on the research we discovered that the needs of new visitors who had not yet experienced the epic terrain at Jackson Hole was drastically different than those of the returning visitors. By aligning the web experience with each persona group we were able to reduce the number of customer service calls and inspire the “First Timers Guide” - which has gone on to become one of the most popular pages on the site.
