Paid Social Specialist

We are looking for a Paid Social Specialist to join our team. You will directly execute paid marketing strategies for our global clients on Facebook & Instagram. This position is designed for a self-starter that thrives off of getting into the weeds on campaign work, but also staying on top of trends and testing best practices across a client portfolio. A dedication to data-driven decision making using the scientific method is critical, as well as a mind for unique creative strategy. A successful candidate will believe in the power of user/client empathy and data to propel their teammates and, subsequently, themselves forward.

In short...

You will create and manage profitable ad campaigns for multiple clients and establish yourself as a Facebook/Instagram expert who succinctly presents campaign test results and adapts to industry trends and innovations.


  • Execute and manage the paid social campaigns for your clients:

           Building a full-funnel ad account strategy
           Ongoing campaign optimization based on data-driven analysis of account metrics
            Copywriting following correct voice and tone
            Creative testing and editing with a variety of media
            Leverage first party data for targeting and insights

  • Prepare performance reports/dashboards for clients
  • Communicate ongoing efforts and future strategy to clients grounded in performance data to achieve C-Suite goals (through email, meetings, etc.)
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Work within paid best practice frameworks while pushing the boundaries of innovation to achieve the highest performance and gain competitive advantage
  • Continually focused on improving the paid team's efficiency and automating time-consuming tasks
  • Keep a pulse on the paid media industry trends (especially changes as it relates to iOS14+)


  • Minimum of 1 year of experience managing campaigns in Facebook Ads; preferably, in D2C eCommerce
  • Hands-on experience in handling marketing budgets and reporting results
  • Fluent with Google Analytics
  • Ability to use Photoshop, Canva, or preferred tool to design creative ad images, videos, and gifs
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects against multiple timelines at once
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate directly yet empathetically with clients, both verbally and in writing
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
  • Extra points for grit, positive attitude and hustle
  • Facebook Blueprint Certification
  • Data-visualization skills with tools including Google Data Studio
  • Experience working with tagging tools like Google Tag manager
  • Previous agency experience is a plus
  • Experience with ambassador/influencer marketing
