Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Assist in building the system to actively source and qualify leads in the ecommerce sector with our sales & partnership team, targeting businesses with $5M - $50M in revenue - on top of platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, Klaviyo, and NetSuite - using our existing database and workflows while showing 25% month over month growth.

  • Assisting in Closing: Proven ability to traverse internal company stakeholders, identify champions or detractors, and help close a full cycle SaaS deal in the first 120 days with support from existing sales teammates.

  • Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage a full funnel sales pipeline, utilizing our CRM tools for tracking and reporting to uncover insights for monthly compounding growth and clean reporting to leadership in your first 45 days.

  • Outreach Strategy: Implement engaging outreach strategies that provide value first for prospects through various tools and expert experiences across the US while leveraging our involvement at some of the world’s leading business schools.

  • Meeting Scheduling: Aim to build your system to schedule a minimum of 5 unique, high-quality meetings per week with qualified prospects with ideas and testing frameworks for how to get this to 8 per week in your first 60 days.

  • Innovation and Continuous Learning: Regularly contribute ideas based on your current customer aspirations and afflictions to help further cement your reputation as a trusted partner and not just a sales rep.

  • Collaboration: Coordinate with sales leadership and solution architects to ensure closing your first deal in 90 days.

  • Tech Proficiency: Demonstrate comfort with technology, basic analytics and emerging trends in ecommerce while leveraging new tools for business development to hit and exceed quota goals. 

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: You have a minimum of 3-5 years of software sales experience (with at least 2 of those years being within the ecommerce B2B SaaS sector), with proven success selling annual software deals at $12K - $25K and month over month growth to hit quota.

  • Self-directed: You have a track record of setting goals and executing with minimal oversight. You seek clarification when needed and understand the metrics of measurement to hit goal. You have an insatiable curiosity to learn and get better every day through books, articles, podcasts and connections on the art and science of SaaS sales as your career calling.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Top 5% for your professional cohort in both written and verbal communication with the ability to build confidence with senior executives or investors from the first touchpoint. You’ll often interact with C-Suite or senior management teams leaving little error for sloppy writing or poor presentation skills.

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, or Psychology. MBA or MS in STEM preferred.

Paid Ads Specialist

 

 

We are looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to join our paid media team. You will directly execute paid marketing strategies for our clients on paid social and paid search platforms (Facebook/Instagram, Google, Bing, Pinterest, TikTok, etc). This position is designed for a self-starter that thrives off of getting into the weeds on campaign work, but also staying on top of trends and testing best practices across a client portfolio. A dedication to data-driven decision making is critical, as well as a mind for unique creative strategy. A successful candidate has the ability to think from the client/user’s perspective, using data to validate their hypotheses which builds trust amongst their teammates.

In short…

You will  create and manage profitable ad campaigns for multiple clients and establish yourself as an ecommerce digital advertising expert who succinctly presents results and innovates along with industry trends.

 

Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage the paid campaigns across Search and Social platforms for 5-7 clients:
    • Building a full-funnel ad account strategy
    • Ongoing campaign optimization based on data-driven analysis of account metrics
    • Copywriting following correct voice and tone
    • Drive creative strategy and testing roadmap across client accoutns
    • Leverage first party data for targeting and insights
  • Set up product feeds and product catalogs and troubleshoot issues as needed
  • Set up and validate conversion tracking and pixel data Cross-validate Pixel performance to ensure data accuracy
  • Prepare performance reports/dashboards for clients and work with Client Success Managers to keep clients up to date on campaign details and results
  • Communicate ongoing efforts & future strategy to clients grounded in performance data to achieve C-suite goals (through email, meetings, etc.)
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments & conversion tests
  • Work within paid best practice frameworks while pushing the boundaries of innovation to achieve the best performance
  • Continually focused on improving the paid team’s efficiency and automating time-consuming tasks
  • Keep a pulse on the paid media industry trends

Qualifications

  • Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing direct-to-consumer campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads with proven track record of driving growth
  • Experience with Google shopping campaigns, Google Merchant Center, and product management feed platforms e.g. DataFeedWatch
  • Hands-on experience in handling marketing budgets and reporting results
  • Comfortable using analytics tools like Google Analytics to analyze campaign data and report results
  • Previous agency experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects against multiple timelines, at once
  • Ability to communicate directly yet empathetically with clients, both verbally and in writing
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
  • Extra points for grit, positive attitude, and hustle

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Meta and Google Ads Certifications
